I need my documents translated. What do I need to do?You need to send me the documents via email. If you don’t have an electronic copy, you can scan your documents or take a clear picture of them with a smartphone. Please, provide as much information as possible such as the type of text (.i.e certificate, contract, correspondence letter, product description?), language combination (English to Greek, or Greek to English?) number of words and/or number of pages, what is the purpose of the translation? i.e is it going to be submitted to the Greek Consulate?

How much does a translation cost?The cost of the translation depends on different factors, such as language combination, length and complexity of the project. Additional fees may be applied if the translation is required outside normal office hours, for instance, weekends, Bank holidays. The exact cost will be provided in the quote sent to you.

How can I pay?I accept payments by bank transfer. All the necessary details will be on the invoice.

How long does it take to complete the translation?Turnaround time depends on various factors such as the length and complexity of the documents and my availability at the time of quoting for your project. The delivery date will be agreed during the quoting process.

Do I need to send you the original documents by post?No, you don't need to send me the original documents by post. You can send electronic versions of your documents (either take a picture of the documents using your smartphone or scan them) and email them at vpanayiota@gmail.com

How can I collect the translations?I will post them to your mailing address.
